International business risks - International Terrorists Posing as if They have Legitimate Business to be there

Jihad manuals captured by the FBI have foretold of International Terrorists and their attempts to blend into the scenery. Even pretend to be somewhere, which is a secure area and act as if they have a legitimate business in being there?

What if they tried this at our rail yards or trucking terminals? What if they had appropriate attire that they bought at a thrift shop? Or posed as a government type inspector perhaps carrying a clipboard?

Well I can tell you that not long ago you did not even need appropriate attire, as we use to wear levis and a work shirt and drive in with a pick-up with equipment on it all the time. In fact our sales “Blitz Marketing Teams” always carried clip boards and drove right in, we actually planned it like that to get to the maintenance guy in charge who was usually somewhere in the back, as we needed to talk with him to secure the account. But it is not like that so much anymore, it use to be wide open like that really. Things really have changed since 9-11.

But don’t let that make you assume that we are out of the woods yet, as those bastards really do want to kill us. So, we need to be ultra vigilant right about now and consider stuff like this throughout 2006. We need to win the war on terror and we need to stay heads up to do it and that means all of us.

Tip! While making an international business trip, one is advised to conduct oneself in the best manners possible. Also, it is a very good idea to speak to as few people as possible (especially if you destination is the United States), and none except employees of the airlines, airport stores or employees.
